You can't get it legally without a prescription in the U.S., and I doubt you'll find it on the black market.

erythromycin....thats also for pink eye.. lol why dont you go see a doctor. or check with a pharmacy to see if you can get it otc.
It's usually used in a liquid form and applied to the face. There isn't any place that I know of that would sell it without a prescription.
