I took Acctuane for my acne and it worked wonders for me, there were some side effects like really dry flaky skin and more than enough nose bleeds but over all not so bad. There are other side effects that may occure as well, but i did not experince, such as depression. Acutane and tricycline. They both are good , but do not take Acutane if you plan on having children anytime soon. It can cause birth defects. Some Birth controls do a really good job as well. I am sure you have tried different facial washes but go to a higher end department store and check out their selection. I have also heard that Mary Kay Cosmetics is really good for controlling acne. See a Dermatologist and see what they recommend for you. They went to medical school and I would hope they would know more that the average joe on here. Good luck

it's awesome. i had acne somewhere in the mild to severe area, but after like 3 weeks my face cleared up
disadvantages: it takes 2-3 weeks to work and you need to constantly use it
