I am currently taking Acne Free, which is the same as Proactive, and it's working pretty well but I would rather find a prescription version so I don't have to pay $20 a month for it. Does anyone know of any prescription versions that work the same or have the same ingredients??Prescription Proactive/Acne Free???

You can get a benzoyl peroxide prescription. It is similar to what you are using. It will bleach fabrics and can make you skin a little dry. With my families insurance it was usually $10. Or you can use oral antibiotics- I also did this. Report Abuse
