?Are there any acne pills you can take that are availabe without a prescription?
Someone at a health food store suggested I take Evening Primrose Oil Soft Gel for acne. From what I have read about it, it helps cleanse the body from the inside out. It's great for the skin, especially with eczema and psoriasis, so I am hoping that it will help with my acne too. And it helps with PMS. I have only been taking it for a couple of days so I can't say for sure how well it works. This is the only pill that I know of so far, but I am always looking for other options. Hope this helps.
