at first i thought its a rash causing by jeans but now i have acne there as well

More than likely it is caused by the heat. It's hot! And skin rubbing against something like jeans constantly will create something like that. Try sum powder, any kind will do, just kinda sprinkle it on your skin rub it in a little so it doesn't fall off, and put on your pants. If anything doesn't work I suggest going to the dr. I would suggest to just talk to your doctor about it. If it itches, it could possibly be a skin eating bacteria. Just talk to your doctor right away.
