I saw a prescription medicine ad on tv, and it was for acne or whatever. It has like a teenager shopping at this store looking at different acne products, when all of a sudden this doctor shows up and tells him he should take (fill in the blank ) prescription medicine. Could someone please tell me whats its called so i know what i could recommend my doctor to prescribe me? ALSO...if anyone has any tips and advice on acne in general please tell me! I've tried everything and only like 2 things work-kinda but they stop working after a while. Thanks!Does anyone know what that acne prescription medicine is?
Epiduo, ive seen the commercial too!
I wouldn't trust it, it seems promising, but its got the same stuff in it as everything else and the website for it is full of errors and false things about acne.
If you have tried everything for your acne and it's pretty bad I would suggest trying Accuant(spelling?) - I have heard numerous success stories about it.Does anyone know what that acne prescription medicine is?
well friend I can't help you there but Avon has a good astringent. The Clearskin line works on me. Maybe you might want to try it out.
When a pimple keeps coming back it means your not killing the bacteria that is allocated in the pore. You need something that cleans deep inside. You might also want to try a facial.
It seems like Murad? or something? Anyways though try Acutane, It's almost guaranteed to work.
Well, I don't know about the commercial you saw on TV, but I know about Isotretinoin pills (Accutan), I was taking them for 6 months and my skin is clear and I won't have acne problems again. It stops acne from within and prevents it from returning (except for very serious situations). The only problem is the side effects, chapped lips and dry skin are things that always happen and then there are other problems that may occur, like feeling of exhaustion, dry eyes, mood changes etc.. And you also must check your cholesterol levels every month.. But the results are almost all the time permanent! While taking these pills, you must wash your face and use some moisturizing cream every morning and every night because you're gonna be really dry..If you don't have serious rare problems with the side effects, it's the best solution! If you're interested, you should discuss it with you're doctor.. He/She'll know about Isotretinoin and tell you more about it.. Good luck!
