i switch off on diff. treatments when i done with a bottle first i would use biore (that really works for me ) and do all the treatments like the scrub the ahocol and the lotion 2 times a day and when i run out of the stuff i switch over to Clearasil (sp?) i do the same stuff you should always do those three steps scrub alochoal and lotion 2 times a day for best results ( the reason i switch off every time i run out is b/c i think it does a better job my reasoning is b/c so my body does not grow immune to the face wash ) well hope this helpsWhat are some good acne medicines you can buy without a prescription?
I use acne free which is a lot lot proactive but way cheaper and can be found at walmart and other places in the area. Even though I am a guy, I still also suggest things like the dove wipes.
Continuously use Neutrogena cleansers and toners/astringents. Use two types of cleansers: The Liquid Fragrance-Free Neutrogena, and some type of cream cleanser. Use the Liquid Neutrogena and then use the cream. You'll find that you need just a pea-sized amount of each. Then, find a good toner or astringent. I like to use Blackhead Eliminating Astringent even if you don't have blackheads. Almost anything will work. Keep up this system and do it twice a day.
