This is what you need:


-%90 alchahol


-water


-efaclare mousse


-efaclare cream


-facial cotton





This is the procedure:


1- put water on your face


2- get the cotton,alchahol,water.


3- poor one teaspoon of alchahol and one water into a small bowl and dip the cotton in it and take off the excess.


4- take the cotton and scrub it roughly on your face concentraiting on the areas where you have more acne(if a pimple blew you'll feel a burn)


5- after 3-4 minutes of scrubbing verticaly and horizontally, get the efaclare mouse, wet you hands and put a smal ammount on them, then scrub your hands together and apply them on your face scrubbing in a circular motion.


6- wash everything off with water and put the efaclare cream on your face.





Do that everyday twice a day in the morning and at night.


trust me I had alot of acne in just one week they are half their former size!


If you don't find efaclare(since its from france and is pretty expensive)


do the thing with the alchahol you would clean your pores.
