Does anybody know of any acne prescription products that work?

i have heard of accutane,differen and benzaclin but do they work or do you know of any others that get rid of the acne quickly?? helpDoes anybody know of any acne prescription products that work?
i dont know any. all ppls skin are different. so i really cant tell u. the best thing u should do is go 2 a dermatologist %26amp; have them help u out. they can give u either creams, pills or laser treatment.Does anybody know of any acne prescription products that work?
My daughter used RetinA, it's a prescription, but it really worked. It will first turn your skin really red, almost like a sunburn, but it cleared all of her acne up.
I know an over-the-counter one... It is called PanOxyl, works great.
